There's always that 3-page trick test where students are told to check the last page before they start; and if they do then they are told they are actually done and can leave early. I had a prof actually use it in one of my classes and he caught about 25% of the people "not following instructions". I guess there are people who have never seen that one before. Had I stuck around I'm sure I'd have heard their cries of anguish when they finally got around to reading the last instuction.
