What's in a name?
First Monica left on all-too-convenient indefinite personal leave, and now she is taking the fifth with respect to any testimony to Congress.

I don't think that you can dodge a subpoena with the Fifth Amendment. The committee should make her sit there and decline to answer every one of their questions, just to generate the proper record of what she could have told them--but wouldn't, for fear of putting herself in jail.
